Rosemary A. Bare, 85, of South Bend, IN, passed away at 11:11 a.m., Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Hamilton Grove Greencroft Community, New Carlisle, IN. Rosemary was born on August 21, 1931, in South Bend, IN to John and Rosa (Mesaros) Haringer. On February 7, 1947, in South Bend, she married William H. Bare, who preceded her in death on November 29, 2011. She is survived by her daughter, Billie Jean (Tom) Catanzarite of Cassopolis, Michigan and their children: Ryan (Ali Cheechio) of Granger, IN, Adam of Portland, OR and Cory of Boca Raton, FL; her granddaughter, Robbyn Snyder of Indianapolis, IN and grandsons, Robert Snyder of Wichita, KS and his children: Aryn and Lauryn, Richard (Tammy) Snyder of Wabash, IN and their children: Josh Hall and his son, Jaxson and Nicholas Snyder and his son, Elijah. Also surviving is her great-grandson, Ty Geisleman of South Bend, IN and his children: Lucy Rose and Talan. Rosemary was preceded in death by her daughter, Karol Snyder in 2005 and brothers, John and Fred Haringer and her sister, Marlene Basli. Rosemary was a homemaker and self-employed child caregiver, along with working at various cleaning services for 30 years. Known as the "white tornado" she could give Mr. Clean a run for his money! Friends may call from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Sunday, November 20, 2016 at the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Dr., South Bend, IN. Private burial will take place in Highland Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Center for Hospice, St. Joseph County Humane Society or the charity of the donor's choice. Most of all, do a random act of kindness in her honor.
