Alecia A. Cottingham, 66, of Mishawaka, Indiana passed away at 7:26 p.m. Monday, October 31, 2016, in St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. Alecia was born on January 28, 1950 in Hustisford, Wisconsin to William and Emma (Televik) Brazeua. She is survived by her son, Jacob (Blaire) Cottingham of Noblesville, Indiana; her daughter Kellie (Chris) Cozad of Lafayette, Indiana; her grandson, Anson Cottingham; two step-grandchildren, Connor and Adrianna Cozad; and her sister, Julie (Ralph) Costello of Mishawaka, Indiana. Alecia was preceded in death by her parents, William and Emma Brazeau; and two sisters, Mary Followay and Sharon Cunningham. A Catholic Funeral Service will take place at 10:00 a.m., Friday, November 4, 2016 in the Kaniewski Funeral Home, 3545 N. Bendix Drive. A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. She loved spending time with family, especially her step grandchildren and new grandchild.
